I had so many moments of feeling "attacked" during the Healing Girl Gang Training. :-) Especially the tendency to speed up and the pushing/driving force. Wow, how can it be that there so many things discussed that I do? I felt like I recognized everything that was said, like a déjà vu. It was all too familiar but no one had really put it into words or out there before like during this session. These "attacks" hit me hard and it was all very confronting, but it was comforting as well because I wasn't alone. It was/is "normal" what I do and feel because it's part of being an anxious girlie. And from here I should be able to grow and move on. But boy oh boy, it felt so easy all the hacks. Just breath or just release/surrender. I guess this first session was also really about recognizing what it is that we do and just a 'simple' - if you remember in the heat of the moment/emotion - what to do. But this needs to grow.
I was taking notes.... oopsy! Taking notes is another distraction. True, very true. But see the thing is that I've noticed that with all this belly-aching anxiety I'm feeling, I tend to forget so much. So much that could actually even help me lose some of this anxiety. I don't know if this happens to other too. Maybe I'll find out in the next training - can't wait for more!
Overall, just a big "OMG, f*ck, that's me!!" for all the things that have been said during the session. I'm overwhelmed, feel exhausted, slightly optimistic and hopeful, but very thankful for this OG opportunity.
